For extra convenience, Southeastern Sports Medicine offers a Walk-in Clinic on weekday mornings for injured athletes and anyone seeking orthopedic care. If you cannot attend a morning Walk-in Clinic, same-day appointments are available for walk-ins and call-ins. Insurance cards must be presented at time of service.
Samuel Abrams, M.D
Report
Samuel Abrams, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in conditions of the hand and upper extremity. He focuses on providing good perioperative pain control while limiting the amount of narcotic pain medication, using evidence based opioid sparing pain control protocols.

Gregory S. Lavigne, M.D

He then completed a year and three months of a general surgery residency, followed by an orthopedic surgery residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburg, where he also completed a fellowship in total joint arthroplasty.
