Services
Metal Fabrication
Our metal fabrication services transform raw steel into precision components for aerospace, agriculture, and industrial applications. Using CNC lasers, plasma cutters, and 1,000-ton presses, we deliver custom parts with tight tolerances. In-house capabilities include bending, rolling, and welding, ensuring durability and compliance with ASME standards.
CNC Machining
CNC machining produces high-accuracy parts for energy and manufacturing sectors. Our advanced lathes and mills handle complex geometries, supporting industries like renewable energy and aerospace. With tolerances under 0.001 inches, we ensure reliability for critical components.
ASME Code Work
ASME code-compliant pressure vessels and tanks meet rigorous safety standards. We design and fabricate fired/unfired vessels, UL-142 double-wall tanks, and API 650 storage tanks. Certified with ASME U, S, and R stamps, we ensure compliance for oil, gas, and chemical industries.
Industrial Painting
Industrial painting protects equipment from corrosion and harsh environments. Our climate-controlled booth applies epoxy coatings for durability in aerospace and agricultural machinery. Services include surface preparation, priming, and finishing to extend asset lifespan.
Sandblasting
Sandblasting removes rust and contaminants to prepare surfaces for painting or coating. Using 90-100 PSI compressors and a 28x60 blasting booth, we handle large machinery and vessels. This process enhances adhesion and ensures a smooth finish for industrial applications.

If your a machinist looking for work. Don't go here. If you have work, dont go here The Lead CNC Machinist is incompetent. And will cost you 2-3X what it's worth. I was let go after 1/2 a day, after questioning CNC machining procedures.

I worked for NJM maybe 3yrs. In a nutshell, this is a top shelf company. In my opinion, anyone would be hard pressed to find someone their equal, if not better.

Unprofessional customer service. I called them and attendant hang up on me twice, at least she did not listen for what reason I'm calling.

These folks are top notch! It's clear from their equipment they have million-dollar contracts, and I just had a small job for my driveway gate. What really impressed me is the super friendly service for a little job like mine. The front desk people were friendly and so were the guys in back. I own a business myself and I'm fully aware that "small jobs" bring little profit, and we "little guys" tend to take up the worker's time with questions, changing their minds, failing to understand limitations, or just being flaky. They clearly don't need the little
