Absolute horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE!! My appointment was cancelled then rescheduled 3 times. Finally after receiving a final appointment time I received 2 reminders the day before and the day of reminding me of my appointment time however when i arrived they informed me that my appointment was supposedly cancelled and the doctor was not even in office. After being told i was unable to be seen and leaving I then received a text 30 mins later thanking me for my visit and to leave a review of my experience. Why are you thanking me for a visit that you all supposedly "cancelled"? Entirely

Dr Thapar is the best.ive been suffering for the past 6yrs.Hes always very kind and knows exactly what he's doing.just be honest and that's the only way he can help. I seen some bad reviews on here and their false.May God bless Dr Thapar and his family.

I was very impressed with the welcoming service here at the office. I came in here for an appointment and even though my appointment had to be rescheduled the ladies in front still let me see the doctor promptly and were very nice to all patients coming in as well. I come from an industry where people write bad reviews constantly because they don't have any patience, if you're ever in the medical or real estate industry, nearly most practices will have a lot of bad reviews in there due to people just making bad reviews for no real good reason. I wanted to give a good review to outweigh those bad

I can only speak for virtual appts, but Dr Nitin has been so kind to my daughter, not pushy with medication and always on time.
