Neal and Alicia were personable and very understanding of their product and the current post pandemic market. They made us the best deal they could on a very nice truck. We love it! They treated us like family that they had known for years. Bottom line, go to Ed Martin if you need a vehicle. I am not an idle flatterer so I am saying, they were quite awesome!

My daughter and I just had the worst experience today. We purchased a car in December went to test drive it on December 30th. It had no heat but was told it was because it had been sitting outside. We brought it home (we live on the other side of Indy). She has been unable to drive it because of the cold. We called them and was told to bring it in today at noon. She had checked it a couple of days ago to see if it had coolant. There was none - hence no heatanyway she put coolant in it this morning before we were heading there and the car started but then wouldnt start again. When we called

Ed Martin Toyota is far and away the best car dealership that I've ever dealt with. Not only did I recently buy my first new car in 15 years from the dealership ... they have serviced my three other Toyota products over the last nine months. The experience has been excellent. Customer service is extraordinary and communication is well done. I am always aware of the status my vehicle and what needs to be done oh, and when it is finished. Among the many excellent employees, I've had a great experience working with John Mills and Eric Sargent.

Darnell Lark was exceptional!! So welcoming and friendly. Although the car buying process can be a pain, he made sure everything went smoothly!! He had our best interest at heart and made sure we got a reliable and beautiful car!! Everyone we worked with were so patient and kind. We will totally go back if we need another car.
