Includes lashes, traditional make-up, a touch-up lip color, and a style of yours ' or your bride 's choice. THE FINE PRINT: Rates are valid through the end of 2021, at which point rates may be subject to increase. All services require a non-refundable retainer up-front, to be applied to the total cost of service, in order to reserve date and time.
