Our number one goal is to provide a safe and fun learning experience for the great sports of gymnastics. We believe that encouragement and positive motivation are the keys to gymnastic achievement and self-confidence. Shen's Gymnastics Academy features the latest in gymnastics technology.
We have regulation-sized spring tumbling floors, numerous sets of men's and women's equipment: bars, beams, vaulting equipment, pommel horses, rings and trampolines.We have a 40 foot in-ground tumble track (trampoline), a 40-foot tumble strip and large foam-block training pit. We also have a separate preschool area with child-sized apparatus.

Shen's Gymnastics Academy has dedicated and successful Girls, Boys, and XCel Gymnastics Teams. Our highly experienced coaching staff is dedicated to guiding the gymnasts through training and help them develop into strong, disciplined athletes both mentally and physically. All of our coaches are safety certified.
Classes

We strive to teach sound skills in a safe gymnastic setting using our professional and preschool sized equipment. We believe that encouragement and positive motivation are the keys to gymnastic achievement and self-confidence. This class is for our youngest age group: toddlers aged 18 mos - 3 years.
Camp
Report
Our school vacation camp program is available during summer vacations, and during each school vacation week: December, February and April. Join us for fun-filled days at Shen's camp! Activities include, zip-line, tumbling into our foam pit, jumping & sliding in our bouncy house, recreational games, arts & crafts, and of course, instructor-led gymnastics.
Birthday Party
Report
We offer birthday parties on Sundays, where your child and guests can enjoy a very active instructor-led party experience. They will get one full hour of activities incorporating obstacle courses, a zip-line, trampoline, parachute, bouncy house, and tumbling into a foam-filled pit. Top off your special day with a half hour in our decorated party room to enjoy cake and ice cream or any refreshments you would like to bring.
Open Gym
Report
Open gym is a drop-in activity for all ages. It is a chance for you to come into the gym and use our professional gymnastics equipment. We also have smaller-sized equipment especially for preschoolers. Open gym is a great opportunity to improve your tumbling using our spring floor, tumble track and foam pit.
