If your toilet won't drain properly, use a plunger to attempt to restore normal function. As you pump the plunger, be careful not to flush the toilet, or you could cause the toilet to overflow and flood your bathroom. Many household drains can also be cleared using a plunger. If your shower or sink drain regularly clogs, you may need to fish out any debris lodged in the pipes.

You'll need to pay your first month's rent and your security deposit at the lease signing.
Tenant Requirements

A rental application must be signed and processed on all prospective occupants 18 years of age or older. A non- refundable application fee must be paid for each applicant leasing for 31 days or more. All prospective occupants will be qualified on the following four (4) criteria; 1) Income/employment 2) Credit 3) Rental history and 4) Criminal history.
