Sports Etc. is our new go-to place despite having to Lyft our way over from Cambridge. We stopped in before the blizzard to make sure we had skates and a sled (also for a new soccer ball--they have all the sports). They fitted my son who is a skating beginner with really comfortable adjustable skates so that he can still wear them next year. We got home and my son showed me that the sled had a hole so I let Sports Etc. know so they'd check other sleds. Paul immediately wrote back offering to mail a replacement. HOWEVER, my husband then showed me the box my son had ripped open in his eagerness

What a great place. My transaction was on line and it could not have been better. I bought a CCM hockey stick for my grandson and Rich was a wealth of knowledge with the great customer service attitude that is difficult to find these days. I would highly recommend Sports Etc..

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Sports Etc. and Paul. The customer service I received was top notch and I will be sure to give them my business from now on. I was shopping for a new glove and blocker for my son and all my usual retailers were out of stock. I stumbled onto the Sports Etc. site and it said they had the equipment. But I decided to call just to make sure. I spoke with Paul and he went to check. He confirmed that he did have the items and said he'd keep an eye out for my order. I submitted the order on the website and within 10 minutes had a confirmation email
