Tara is always happy to arrive and tired afyer playing all day when I pick her up. I used to love getting mid-day report cards.

When my wife and I went out of town a couple of weeks ago we had a last-minute change in plans and needed to find someone to take care of our puppy before we flew out the following day. Norwichtown pet resort and spa were fantastic throughout the whole process. They were able to get her in for the next day and our puppy absolutely loved it. They made the process easy, painless and were very supportive when we called and checked on her multiple times throughout the week as it was our first time leaving her alone. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Thank you Norwichtown

I am a new(ish) dog owner and have never had to leave my one year old girl for more than a couple days, until recently, so I was nervous to do so. I have had her going to doggie daycare at Norwichtown Pet Resort about two to three times a week for the past year so when I booked a recent vacation out to Utah for ten days I chose to kennel her at the same place she was use to. While I was away I received multiple updates and pictures of her which helped to ease my worry over her well being while we were away. After the ten days when I went to pick her up I was also worried that she would come back

This is by far the best pet resort and spa! My dog has never had so much fun with lots of playtime and super friendly camp counselors. I received a daily report card with a picture of my dog (smiling in every picture) letting me know how he was doing. He played so much and had such a blast, he needed multiple naps! The staff is amazing, kind, friendly, and super responsible. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing he was in the best hands.
