Everything went very smoothly with no problems. I recommend that you consult with the Keysers well before you need their services. Then you don't have to make many decisions under the pressure of death. This is what we did, so when we had the unexpected death we only needed a quick meeting to confirm past decisions. We are still working with their trained staff on a delayed Memorial when the weather improves and more of our family can attend.

We have been dealing with Keyser Funeral services for two decades and we are always very pleased with there service. They have always been caring, professional and sympathetic to all our needs . My beloved Sister passed away recently, I received numerous text from the staff wanting to know how I was doing and most of all stated that they are always there if I need to talk. My father passed in November, 2021; Luke and the staff of Keyser Funeral Home really made this very difficult time so much easier to get through. Each and every person was so kind, helpful and generous with their time and just couldn't be nicer. The room for services was so nice, not only did we have photos in the room, we sent photos to Luke through a link and he put together the most beautiful slide show - (I actually bought a copy so we could watch it whenever we want). We all have to make arrangements for our loved ones at some point in time, and when that time comes, I highly recommend Keyser

I have nothing, but praise for the Keyser family and staff for the professional, yet kind and caring service which they gave to me on the death of my husband. They helped me quickly and efficiently with all my needs and held a wake service that was elegantly done, from the display of my Walt's photos to his ham radio gear to every aspect of his life and ours. The follow up program has been more than helpful to me in the weeks past and lets me know that they truly do take a loving interest in their profession and the clients that they serve so well. I recently went through one of the most difficult losses in my life and the attention and care that I received from the Keyser Funeral Home was absolutely incredible. Even before they were hired they assisted in finding out information I didn't even know I needed to know. The first interaction I had was with the son Luke via phone and he was so helpful and kind that he made the whole process so much easier to absorband cope with. When I had to pick out an urn I met his father and, again, my experience was nothing short of pleasant, patient, and so helpful. The services they provided were exceptional

My experience with the Keyser Funeral Family was warm and heartfelt. Luke showed concern and thoughtfulness to me and my family, and to this day, I still feel like texting him :-) . When things appeared to be a problem, Luke found solutions and maintained his composure, which in turn allowed me to stay calm. Luke is always 10 steps ahead and it was a pleasure working with him, his father Eric and the whole Keyser family. Thank you for the respect and love you showed to my Father, brother and family. I am forever grateful. Luke made the two Home goings in my family less painful and more comforting

Keyser Funeral & Cremation Services are caring, efficient, professional, and our family is very thankful that my husband and our children's father indicated that he wanted Keyser to handle all of his funeral requirements. We were able to make decisions in a comfortable environment where every option was clearly explained. Everything was perfect, during the saddest of days.
