Pre-Care Instructions

Do not take aspirin or other blood thinners at least 7 days prior to the procedure to prevent bleeding. Non-aspirin pain relievers may be taken up to one hour prior to the procedure. If you have a condition that requires you to take antibiotics before a dental visit, you must check with your doctor to determine if antibiotics are needed for permanent cosmetics.
Post Care Instructions

Gently apply a thin layer of aftercare balm 3-5 times a day for up to 14 days following the procedure (this will keep area from scabbing) using a clean cotton swab each time; not your fingertips. The aftercare products is used to hydrate skin and prevent crusting. Apply a thin layer to prevent itching and dryness, and use a clean cotton swab for each dip into the aftercare, no double-dipping.
