We have units as small as a 5 x 8 (indoor) or a 5 x 10 (outdoor), which are great for boxes and small furniture; to a 10 x 35, which is good for an entire house or used as commercial space. To store seasonal items such as decorations, yard furniture, lawn mowers, snow blowers, etc. Our standard storage units do not have heat or cooling in them, it is like an unheated garage.
