Albertson Marine Inc. is a year round full service marina and boatyard with a fully stocked 5,000 square foot ship's store and marine service department. The marina and facilities are located in Southold, N.Y. Back in the 1950's, Charlie Witzke began an outboard motor repair business in his family home.
Over time, this business developed into the fifty slip Witzke's Boat Yard in Seaford Harbor, NY. In 1974, Charlie Witzke and his wife Lil purchased Albertson Marine, Inc. Charlie and the Witzke family assumed operations at a land locked facility at the eastern end of Southold town center. In 1982, the marine expanded with the purchase of dockage and a storage facility at Budds Pond.

Albertson Marine offers both indoor and outdoor storage up to 45'. Our indoor facilities can accommodate over 300 motor boats, jet skis, sail boats, and dinghies. Boats are blocked securely to withstand severe weather conditions and are checked throughout the season to ensure safety. Our 95 slip Marina is located on Budds Bonds off the Peconic Bay in Southold, NY on the North Fork of Long Island.
