I did not actually get to use Mike at Ability Plumbing for our plumbing job, but he still helped us. I was on my 3rd plumber and was so nervous about the guy that was coming (cause he sounded inexperienced over the phone) that I called Ability as another backup on my neighbor's recommendation. Mike came out to service my water heater.
