Carpet Cleaning
Our rotary extraction system makes 1,500 cleaning passes per minute, removing deep-seated dirt and chemical residues. This method prevents over-wetting while ensuring maximum soil removal. We use truck-mounted equipment for powerful suction that restores carpet fibers to like-new condition.
Upholstery Cleaning
Professional cleaning for fabric and leather furniture using specialized protectors and moisturizers. Our technicians perform white towel tests to demonstrate soil removal effectiveness. We address pet stains and odors while preserving delicate materials in residential and commercial settings.
Pet Stain Removal
Advanced enzymatic treatments break down urine crystals and eliminate odors at their source. We use non-toxic solutions safe for pets and children. Our process includes deep extraction to remove bacteria and allergens trapped in fibers.
Leather Cleaning
Gentle yet effective cleaning for leather furniture using pH-balanced products. We apply conditioners to prevent cracking and protect against future wear. Our method restores softness while maintaining the natural characteristics of premium leather surfaces.
Auto Upholstery
Specialized cleaning for car, truck, and RV interiors using compact equipment that reaches tight spaces. We remove ground-in dirt and food particles while preserving fabric integrity. Protective treatments help maintain cleanliness between services.

First time getting my carpets cleaned in 4 years of having dogs and I am very happy how they turned out. Our house smells and feels so fresh again! We have two dogs and Art thoroughly worked over the spots that needed it most. His equipment does a fantastic job too. The price was reasonable and provided a friendly experience. I will be calling Steam Time in the future

My 4 year old rug looks brand new! I am so impressed with his equipment and service! He was not rushing and took his time. His Rotor carpet scrubber puts in the work. My son's and daughters room were wrecked with food and unfortunately urine. He made them all look and smell brand new. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone!

Art was amazing! My mom's house was built in the 70's and we planned carpet cleaning as part of the sale. Art came prepared to spend the afternoon but immediately realized that carpet cleaning was not what we needed. He expertly described the result of cleaning carpet of that age and the potential undesirable consequences. He was very honest and willingly gave his time to advise us. A great experience and a very knowledgeable and honest individual.
