All of the providers at Pennsylvania Pain and Spine are trained to offer the most cutting-edge and minimally invasive techniques to treat your pain. Dr. Kelly completed his residency at Harvard Medical School and then completed a prestigious subspecialty Pain Medicine Fellowship at Cooper University Hospital.

We will develop and coordinate an individual treatment program for your pain with the goal of improving your function and helping alleviate your pain. X-ray guided injections of anesthetic or anti-inflammatory medication near the affected nerves for pain relief. Ultrasound or x-ray guided injections for inflammation using pain-blocking or inflammatory medication for pain relief and mobility.

Although we have agreed to serve as providers for many insurance plans, the terms of the policies vary, even within a particular insurance program. It is, therefore, absolutely necessary that you understand exactly what your insurance covers and especially the requirements specific to your policy (office co-pays, deductibles, eligible hospitals, referrals to specialists, emergency care, etc.)

Patients can schedule an appointment at either of our office locations by calling our main line at (215) 395-8888. We currently have two office locations, one located at 1500 Horizon Drive in Chalfont, PA and the other at 127 South 5th Street in Quakertown, PA. For your first appointment, patients should prepare to bring their insurance card and some form of ID.
