The staff is always warm and inviting on the phone and often take the time to walk you through some steps to get the AC up and running. Since I was enrolled for the second year in a row I didn't pay after hours labor rates.
They did a maintenance check in early April but capacitors go out without warning so no one could have foreseen it burning up. Technician was very nice as well. He rapidly identified the problem, fixed it, and was on his way in 1/2 hour! James was professional and very courteous, and since we had a service contract with them, there was no additional charge.
