At Kim's White Tiger, the health and safety of our students and staff members is our top priority. Our 5 year old son recently started this program after a recommendation from a friend. He can be quite shy and lacks confidence in new situations. We were pleasantly surprised how engaged he was and how welcoming the instructors were.
At the end of class he ran over and told us how the instructors said he had done a "perfect job" and are looking forward to seeing him again. At this age, you never know what to expect from your kids (especially since their interests tend to change daily) but we can already see the benefits he will gain through focus, listening, instruction, confidence and physical/mental strength.

We provide a safe, positive and educational environment for your child to strengthen their body and mind. Each day consists of going to work, picking the kids up from daycare and getting dinner ready fast enough to run right back out the door for evening activities. Unfortunately, all this rushing around doesn't leave much room for family time.

Most fitness routines fail due to a lack of results that keep you motivated and committed to continue the program. Not to mention the boredom due to the repetitiveness of always doing the same exercises. Since not everyone can afford a personal trainer, the lack of accountability that happens when working out alone often leads to less frequent exercise, before gradually returning to exactly where one started.
