Wendell is visiting a coffee farm on outskirts of Antigua, Guatemala. The volcano in the background is named Agua. Much of the coffee grown in Antigua region is grown high up the slopes to the 6,000 ft level. When drinking single origin coffee from Guatemala you will taste a distant flavor that is derived from the volcanic soil, the weather and the desire to improve the farming practices of many generations of coffee farmers.
