Today was my first visit but will certainly not be my last! Ive been driving 30-45 minutes from home for waxing services for years and am thankful to have found someone 15 minutes from home that does such an amazing job. Joi was professional but also put me completely at ease with her wonderful personality. She was so down to earth and fun to chat with. My eyebrow wax was not painful and she did a wonder job shaping my naturally thick and sometimes unruly eyebrows. 5 star service for sure!

The quickest and least painful wax job Ive ever had. Joi is extremely personable and has put a lot of effort in making the environment comfortable for the client. 10/10 would recommend!

Joi is fantastic! She is caring, professional, and knowledgeable about her skin products. I thought it was exaggeration when I heard others say they fell asleep, BUT I actually dozed off since I was so relaxed! The Bioelements skin products feel wonderful on my face and the spa is cozy, private, comfortable, and well decorated. Cant wait to schedule my next appointment!
