
The walls of our restaurant tell the story better than we can; newspaper clippings, photos, antiques and awards. We've lived, loved and carved a place in the community one birthday party and fundraiser at a time. How a couple of guys whoaEd never worked in a restaurant, never brewed beer, and never owned a business started a brewpub.
It was in the fall of 1993, during a visit to Baltimore, that my brothers Paul, John and I wandered into our first brewpub, Bill Oliver's Wharf Rat. Little bit of this, little bit of that, add some good beer brewed fresh on the premises - it's what we like to call a good time. We're smart enough to know a good thing when we taste it, so you won't find our Buffalo Chicken or Stout and Cheddar soups going anywhere, anytime soon. Stop in, try something new or enjoy a local favorite.
