I am so happy I chose to stay with State Farm when I moved here to Illinois from Colorado, keeping my car insurance and adding home owners insurance!! Never having bought a house before I did not realize how stressful it was going to be!! But then I talked to Dylan and he made sure he answered all gazillion questions I had in a very friendly and timely manner!! Jeff's office has been the best experience with any insurance I've ever had. I'm actually really sad to be leaving Jeff's services as I am moving out of state. They have been nothing but friendly and helpful even in times when I was in a financial constraint or when my car was continuously breaking down and I had to pause my insurance non-stop while it was in the shop or waiting to be taken in for months on in. Friendly and helpful. I never dreaded calling them when I needed help. I actually quite enjoyed talking and working with them. Thank you again everyone. I will miss you!
