I did not know that they moved locations (no longer in Springfield) and selected the pick-up option. The staff offered to ship my order to me for free without even asking. While I'm sad they aren't in Springfield anymore, that is great service!

They made a metal engraved plate to add to a framed picture for my parents anniversary and did a fabulous job. My parents LOVED the finished product and the metal plate was the perfect touch with a favorite quote of theirs and a message from all of us kids. Ben was friendly, responded quickly to questions and willing to do the job right away and ship it right away too to help us get the gift done in time for their anniversary. Thank you so much!!

Awesome experience! Ed, the owner, was super eager to help. I wanted someone to etch/engrave a logo on a clear sheet of acrylic, and he did it beautifully! Great price and super fast turnaround! Got it back the same afternoon! Ed is eager to help - bring him your biz!

I placed an order with Willamette Valley Awards very last minutes after weeks of trying to work with another local company. I had a 24 hour deadline and they finished my plaques within an hour of me placing my order. Darlene was so helpful and generous with her time! I'll never go anywhere else for my award needs!
