Pothole Heaven! They usually wait until right after Easter to fill the potholes which Im sure humiliates any family members who tried to visit. They will way over charge you for water based on past years rates to benefit their pockets. Lot rent will be raised another $10.00 in March for no valid reason. Just because they can. Many neighbors have loud yipping dogs at all hours. Kids play out in the street. And drive their power wheel toys like they own the road. And if you ask them to politely move. Their big Heffer of an ugly stay at home Mom will barge out and try to rip you a new one!

My friend lives there and I ruined a tire there from all the pot holes, I'm elderly and don't even want to go and visit my friend because the roads there are so bad, they charged her another $10's a month for lot rent and can't even fix the roads? and they charge $20 for mowing the lawn for a little slap of land and top it all off a riding mower that takes about 10 mis...that's taking advantage of people.
