Very disappointed in the service provided by this studio. I had purchased a gift card for my mother to take pottery classes back in December of 2019. They made it very difficult to schedule an actual class even prior to the pandemic. They where either booked busy or out of town for months! We tried to schedule a class with his partner who the mower said would take care of us while hes in Florida. He was also unresponsive. Mind you this was all prior to the pandemic. Now here we are after the pandemic and I am sympathetic for all small business owners but this is plain disrespectful and shady
