They was all very nice and helpful from the first phone call to Joe Mohr that sold me my unit everything was explained on each unit and the unit I chose. The installers Brandon are professional at their job they done a wonderful job was here when they said they would be,left everything clean. Answered all my questions i had .Was so very nice and polite I highly recommend mohr to others

Brandon came on Saturday to access the situation for me and gave me all of the options. I felt that he was truly trying to help and not just make a sale. Brett was incredibly helpful in sharing the options for a new system as well as walking me through my options for financing. Then Charles, Brandon, and Jessica worked all day, even in the rain, to make sure I had air as quickly as possible. They were kind and respectful, and Ill definitely be recommending Mohr to everyone I know!

Justin, the technician, came out in the time frame that the receptionist said he would be there. He was very polite, and courteous. He explained to me what he was doing and provided options for potential solutions to our problem and made wise recommendations. I really felt he was trying to help and not just do a job. We definitely will be calling MOHR again.
