Pros: talented nail techs (see picture, i was very pleased with how my nails turned out) and decent health protocol (hand sanitizer & temperature check before entering)
Cons: I was in the chair for 2 hours, and my nail tech didn't even cut my cuticles, soak my hands, or give me a massage so I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone in a rush. Additionally, the "appointments" are fairly meaningless. I called ahead and made an appointment for 3:45pm; I was brought to a chair at that time but spent the first 40 minutes waiting for a nail tech to become available. All in

Very disappointed. I don't understand why they are expensive. for this type of cheap services! pedicure was finished in 10min . very bad job. why they even ask for color choice whatever you choose they go with whatever they want! I am still shock where they prices come from! is this a joke?
