So our new dryer stopped working about ten days ago. Warranty people were not helpful at all so I tried to fix it myself and couldn't. Called this local business, the guy replaced the motor and didn't charge me a thing. He took pictures of my receipt from Menards and said he will charge the warranty company. just another reminder to shop local folks!

Parts for appliances, not as cost effective as full kits from Amazon, but no wait while your clothes sour waiting for parts. Building in need of good cleaning and some paint.

I purchased a used refrigerator on 8/26/21. I was told their delivery was 3 weeks out so I decided to pickup myself. The salesman told me that if I pickup that they would not send service to my home and that I would have to bring the unit back in to the store for the 30 day warranty to be valid. I told him that would not be an option as I only had help with the pickup but I asked if something was wrong, could I bring the part in to have it replaced as a part of the warranty. He confirmed and told me that all of the used equipment is inspected when it comes in and anything faulty was replaced prior
