I ended up having a great experience with Crown Awards. I was able to order my team awards online with ease through their great online system. There was a printing issue with verbiage on one of the awards. I was very impressed with the resolution and that the replacement was resent and I had it the next day. I highly recommend Crown Awards. Thanks for making rewarding my top agents such an easy process!

Horrible experience!! We placed an order and after THEIR MISTAKE they overcharged me saying BY A FAILURE ON THE SYSTEM THEY DIDNT CHARGE THE SALES TAXES. I dont imagine a Walmart Employee running over me on the parking lot because they forgot the sales taxes
I have emails saying that my total Balance was one amount and they got my credit card info over the phone and charged a different amount without notice!! The amount is not so expensive, but a business have to honor their own mistakes.
Im a business owner as well!!!

I don't write reviews usually, but I ordered a very specific award through this company yesterday. It was DELIVERED to my office in under 24 hours. I couldn't believe it. Also, Terri who works there was very helpful. 100% recommend ordering your awards through this company.

Placed an order for a trophy award. Paid for overnight. The site would not accept my credit card, so I called, person ran my card over the phone. Great! Never received an email with the proof. I started 4 different chats, all with different individuals that were going to make sure I got the proof, last chat involved me pretty angry and said they would have someone call me and get this resolved to ship out. NEVER received a call. NEVER received a proof. Only to find out they CANCELLED my order. And this company sends emails that they miss me, please come back, well I did come back after they screwed
