Most everyone is very helpful one man tends to be rude it has been more than once this has happened, said they wouldn't honour the warranty on my craftsman hand tool because it wasn't purchased there and I didn't have receipt and B&D bought craftsman brand basically my warranty was no good. Strange though this isn't what the craftsman website states. It's ok I can take my business to varnell or Cleveland, Chatsworth doesn't have the only Ace Hardware.
