Hi Def did an excellent job of wiring surround sound speakers into existing walls and hanging a flat screen above our fireplace. We have brick walls above our fireplace, so we had to go with a ceiling mount, but Peter did an amazing job and the finished work looks and sounds incredible. Peter is very good at what he does.
We needed a flat screen mounted and after speaking to roughly 5 other companies, we were impressed with Peter the most. He's extremely professional, is thorough in his explanation of how things are going to get done, and his communication skills are great. He was able to seamlessly use the TV wall mount we had previously bought off the web, and the work itself was very good.

Awesome job and supper great service. In ceiling speakers, surrounding sound, whole home audio setup including outdoor speakers. What made the service above and beyond is when I blew out one of my speakers 1 year later from playing it super loud and when I called Peter, he said no problem still under warranty. He had the speaker swapped out within 2 weeks. After a year I am way happy with everything.

We had Hi-Def Connections hang our 65"TV over our fireplace last week. Hi-Def was easy to work with. They responded quickly to our request for a quote, asked for pictures of the wall, sent over a quote and called to explain what their plan would be on how to install it and a plan B if the first plan didn't work for some reason. It took less than 2 hours from the time we contacted them to have an estimate in our hand, accept it and have the work scheduled. Less than 48 hours later, the TV was hung and looks great.

I engaged Hi-Def Connections and its owner Peter Celeste to install several wall-mounted televisions and sound system and the rewiring of cable and wi-fi in a newly remodeled home in Del Mar. Hi-Def did an excellent job and more specifically Peter was creative, responsive, competitive, reliable and efficient. I was extremely pleased with both the work and the results. I recommended Peter to do work for a client of mine. Peter was very knowledgeable in the walkthrough of my client's home and gave a ton of advice and solid recommendations.

I was in need of a flatscreen wall mounting and ound Peter on Craigslist. He was extremely professional over the phone and stopped by the same day for an estimate. He actually intended to do the work on the spot but was concerned about certain electrical code issues. He discussed the issues and possible solutions then we rescheduled the install for the following morning. Peter showed up on time with booties so he didn't dirty my floors. The work was done cleanly and efficiently and with a very positive attitude. His price was also very fair. Way less expensive than Geek Squad and same
