Clean salon. Decent enough haircut. WAAYYY too expensive! I don't mind paying for a good haircut and the whole "salon" experience, but there was a huge gap in the cost of what I paid and what I received. The scalp massage person must have been off the day I went. I spend more time each morning washing my own hair. They did not seem terribly busy on a weekday afternoon, but I felt very rushed.

I have been going to Pegah for years now and she is so consistent with their work. I always leave the salon happy and confident with my hair. She tries her best to keep my hair healthy and not bleach it like crazy unlike my last hair stylist. I am very happy with her and will continue to follow her! She really is the best.

I specifically requested back to back appointments for myself and my son only to be told when I got there to "wait outside" in 90 humid weather with no place to sit. Extremely poor service.

First haircut in 3 months! What a treat to go here! I opted to go here instead of my normal walk-in place because I knew they were taking COVID seriously. They did a health question ahead of time when booking, then when arriving asked again, took temp, lots of social distancing, face masks, and even are sanitizing each pen after use! I felt so comfortable and safe going. I had Hannah for the first time and she did a great job! I look like me again! Definitely recommend and look forward to going back.

Don't go there for hair color! Awful customer service, unpleasant receptionist, and inconsistent coloring skills. I was shocked at the color my hair became....and it took several re-do's and my back and forth to the salon to get it right. I will never go back. Best-kept secret: the dollar-a-minute massages!

I had a wonderful haircut at Shapes yesterday by Helen. She was attentive and took her time getting to know me and my hair before getting started. The staff is nice and the salon is very clean. They also recommend products, but are not pushy about it, which I really appreciate.
