The diagnostic rate covers driving to your location, diagnosing the issue with the spa, and providing a written quote. It is also the hourly labor rate for the area. If the job can be repaired on the same day and within the first hour, no labor charge will be added to service call. Every Hour after the initial day/hour is pro rated in 15 min intervals.

Measure the width (diameter) of your old cartridge across the outside edges of the end cap at its widest point to the 16th value. Measure the length, from outside of end cap to outside of end cap.
