Established in 2004, Liberty Pediatrics quickly became an integral part of Carroll County healthcare. When Dr. Hickey opened his doors, he was the only provider. He was supported by a nurse, and his wife, Joellen, who functioned as his administrative staff. Fifteen years later, we are a 10 provider practice providing quality to care to over 10,000 patients.
