We were working with the York, NE branch between November 2020 to April 2021. At first everything seemed perfect, no red flags, paperwork was done, everything was ready to go, Becky Rabe was super helpful and answered all of our questions. Sometime between the purchase and delivery they switched our salesperson. As the expected delivery date got closer he kept pushing it back(3 separate times). The last time it was delayed they gave us a set delivery date, which was going to be 2 weeks after the closing date on the house that we were living in at the time. So, we had to make other living arrangements

Bryce Johnson and Becky Rabe are AMAZING. Becky helped us with the colors and upgrades, she really knows her stuff. Bryce gave us a smoking deal. They spent the better part of their day helping us with questions and upgrades, they even made completing the paper work kinda fun. Best experience we have ever had buying a home Thanks so much guys for everything, we LOVE our new home

I had the pleasure of working with Stacy McCoy. She spent hours helping me answer questions, meet my budget and select a home that is ideal. She also helped with financing needs on a moble home and the application process and how it works. I would highly recommend Stacy to help anyone looking to purchase a home. I'm not easily impressed. In fact I'm a pretty hard sell. But Stacy had every answer and knew what she is talking about. Finally a person who cares about her customers and not just making a buck!
