Charity is such an amazing human being!!! And holy cow- did she deliver. I told her exactly what I needed (I was coming into town quickly and didn’t exactly give her much of a time frame to work with- and 3 days after meeting her I was signing a lease in the exact space I wanted and needed!!! There’s no cost to you - she does all the work for you- and you get in the place you need!!!! Ask for charity I’m telling you, you will be so glad you did!!!

Charity was amazing!!! We had been dealing with a few rental companies in Little Rock and they were giving us the run around. We were on a time crunch to get moved into a new home. Charity went above and beyond to make sure we found a home we loved. She also did everything in 2 days! 5/5 would definitely recommend! If you are looking for a place to live give Charity a call!

Moving is already a hectic experience and our situation was alittle unique, but Dillion was awesome. He was understanding, helpful and really walked with us through the entire process to the end. When I tell you that I absolutely LOVE SHELBY!! She went above and beyond to help my little family find our new luxurious home! She assisted me in viewing a few apartments but that’s NOT the only thing I’m here to talk about. So far, I am beyond impressed!!!! I contacted Courtni in a panic on a Friday (almost end of the day) about needing to find an apartment due to a long distance relocation to Little Rock, with very limited time in the area to look. My husband & I met Cathy from Apartment Hunters during our visit to Little Rock in April 2016. Being new to the area we normally would have to research where to live, but instead Apartment Hunters will do that for you. Apartment Hunters was great to work with! I got transferred from Chicago to Little Rock with my current company G&K Services. I accepted a new position one day and AH helped me find a place the next day. They understand what it is like to move from out of town and took the time to show me several properties. They helped me find a 4 bedroom house for my family of 5.

The apartment carpet was dirty and stained when I got there. My boyfriend came to visit me with my dog for two weeks for the 4th of July and chewed up a blind. When I left the company charged me 1200 dollars blaming me for the carpet because of my dog being there. When I made a complaint the company was contacted and they edited my pictures to make the carpet look clean. They were super rude whenever I spoke on the phone with them and would always say they would call back and never would. Horrible staff

The entire process was entirely seamless, requiring no extended paperwork to fill out or credit checks. All I needed, basically, was a credit card. A nice furnished apartment in North Little Rock awaited me as soon as I arrived, much to my satisfaction.
This place is awesome and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in this area. Both ladies are super friendly and go out of their way to help you in any way they can.

Apartment Hunters is a great place to go when looking for a Little Rock Apt. I will send everyone I know looking to them. It's a free service, and they really make it easy. Cathy is friendly and really knows the area and the communities. And all the apartment people really know her and make you feel like you have the best locator. I've tried apartment hunting on my own and it takes wayyyyy to long, especially when they know the best places that fit a budget.

This is the worst most unprofessional business ive ever been to. They tried to lie to us and tell us the "law ". When we proved what they were doing they cancelled the agreement we had after we had given a 1500.00 deposit a month previous! they dont allow us speak to the home owner however its a small world as we all know and we found out they lied to the owner and told him I had been arrested in another state !!!!! I had never even visited that state! This place is horrible !! Calling a lawyer
