Animal Care Associates recommends regular wellness exams for all species of animals for the same reason your physician and dentist recommend them problems can be detected in the early stages and be treated with less difficulty, less expense and with better success. We recommend a physical exam once a year for adult pets and every 6 months for seniors.

In 1984 Dr. Paul Gunnoe founded Animal Care Veterinary Hospital. Starting out as a solo practitioner with 2 employees, the hospital has since grown into a multi-doctor facility, with a dedicated and compassionate staff. As the practice continued to grow, we moved into our new hospital located on Oakwood Road in 1993.
