Our pet care professionals go through a very thorough screening, vetting, and training process before they earn a spot on our team.
How It Works

When you are ready to get started, we'll send you our 'Welcome' email with a registration link to our secure online client portal where you will enter all of your client and pet information for our team's record. We also have a free mobile app you can download which makes communicating with our team, scheduling services, receiving visit updates, and making payments even quicker and easier.

I've felt a special connection with animals my entire life. I grew up going to the farm just about every day and riding horses, and there wasn't a time when my family didn't open up our home to a dog or cat in need of rescuing. For me, a house just doesn't feel like a home without a pet. Just before my husband and I got married in 2003, we rescued our cat Otis and our dog Pete.
