Very unprofessional! There are so many different places to tan- I highly recommend going somewhere else! Their staff isn't helpful and their management is so unprofessional. I called them twice to resolve a payment issue (that was THEIR fault) and never heard back. They were charging my debit card for a tanning package I never signed up for. And once I brought it to their attention, they did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem. Very disappointing!

Tropical Sunsations pushes you to sign up for a membership. The initial process is simple, however canceling you membership is NOT. They require a certified letter mailed to a completely different location requesting the cancellation of your membership. And it must be mailed with a 30 day notice or you will be billed again. I signed up in July and sent my first cancellation letter in August. I expected to be billed for the month of August because of their membership terms, but I was billed again in September. I called the salon to have the issue taken care of and was told the owner would call

It is what you would expect. Clean nice people and you are in and out. Just a note that the tanning lotion is waaaay overpriced and you can get a bottle of the same or similar ingredients at your local store for about 1 tenth the cost
