We are a lumber mill serving the North Coast, employing approximately 110 people and shipping lumber worldwide. Schmidbauer Lumber mills Douglas Fir, Hemlock, Redwood, Pine and Spruce, and can cut to specifications. We also utilize a waste-wood boiler. We have been in operation for over 40 years, serving both retail and business customers worldwide.

HoriblHo customer service. Don't communicate well with customers. Yard is a mess and they constantly mess up ordering, and do not show up for deliveries and make i t your problem and refuse to do the right thing

Just discovered this place. Go direct to the source (humongous mill) for serious lumber of ALL sizes at better prices. Know what you need and load your truck up. Maybe not for small scale household DIY types that need much assistance, but they've got everything for bigger projects. But the pros know this already
