Went to go and ask about availability recently and Cody not only showed me around the property amenities, he even helped me to decide what apartment I want to apply for. He was especially helpful in answering all my questions before I even had to ask them. Very polite and friendly. I will be applying soon, I can't wait to live here!

My sister and I had lived at the Cove for over two years and absolutely loved our time there. The apartments had everything we needed, and Cody and Devin in the office were always accommodating. The grounds were clean and felt safe. We even utilized the fitness room and pool amenities! I know that the management at the Cove have been working hard to update the entire complex and have even added a playground. Thank you Devin and Cody!

Me and my boyfriend recently had a family emergency and had to break our lease and move out ASAP. Devin and Cody were extremely helpful during the entire process and gave us clear instructions on how to break the lease without affecting our credit. Devin was especially kind and has great communication skills. He made the process easy and stress-free. We also appreciated all of the renovations that the new management added to the property, like the dog park and playground! This apartment is beautiful and VERY well kept. We also loved the resident events. We will miss the cove very much so!

I really like this place. I cannot wait until an apartment is available to rent in February! The office staff was very helpful, and made me feel welcome. Cody dropped what he was doing to tend to my questions and offered me assistance in finding solutions to my needing a furnished apartment. While other properties have rude as hell staff, Cody is professional and genuine.

From the beginning when I called to ask about availability Cody was very professional and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make my apartment hunting the best experience I could ever have. Devin was also extremely personable and helpful by showing me an apartment when I just dropped in unexpectedly. I will definitely rent once a three bedroom opens up.

Very good apartments! It's hectic at the time of this review as they are undergoing renovations, so having to work with the contractors and maintenance personnel can be a little stressful. HOWEVER! The service that comes with living here is great! The leasing office is very attentive to residents and their maintenance crew is very friendly and does great work! My disposal stopped working, and it was leaking. I had submitted a work request in the evening, and received a call rather swiftly, and the job was completed the next morning.

On the day of move in, we turned in the check list for any issues. There were two, the tub drain and slider. Within 4 hours of Turing in the list, Rob came to the rescue! He fixed the drain immediately and brought a new screen slider the next day.
While here, we asked him to check the garbage disposal, air gap and door lock to which he happily checked cans fixed immediately!
This service and attentiveness is stellar! Rob is the best!
