Took my Kitchen Aid mixer in for repair about a year and a month ago since it was bogging down in the middle of a cookie dough and roll dough. Paid about $150 I believe, the salesperson at the time told me that my mixer was like new after the repairs. I do not use it hard but I do make cookies several times a year and sometimes roll dough but not often. This Dec b/4 Christmas I couldn't get my mixer to mix a batch of cookie dough, bogged down and almost stopped. Same with my roll dough. I took my mixer back in today and met with a most unprofessional, unhelpful

Very friendly on the phone. However my part was not ordered and there was no communication with staff about the belt I ordered. When ordering I asked if I shall pay in advance I was told no, I would pay at pick up. I said ok- asked when I can expect the part to come in and I was told 3 business days. It is obvious with the great reviews- they either need to train this particular associate more and there should have been some kind of an email sent to me saying the part was ordered- which he told me- we do not do that. Very disappointed in this experience I had. And Id just say be careful with

Charged me $250 to look and possibly repair my sewing machine. They said they couldn't get parts for 6 months. Went to pick up my machine and they kept $90 of my money for just looking at it and no offer to come back. I found the part with 2 phone calls. Dont go here.

I called this store seeking a replacement part for my Dyson vacuum. They said they carry the part and it only costs $3 but will not sell it to me unless I have the vacuum checked into the service department. I said I can fix it myself no problem, the salesman then said they dont recommend dyson and tried to sell me a new vacuum cleaner over the phone. While continuing to refuse me the $3 part I need to fix my own. Why would I buy a new vacuum from a business with the audacity to hold a $3 part over my head? Bait and switch company, shady business tactics, please spend your money elsewhere like

I picked this repair service based on positive reviews, but sadly my experience did not reflect what others reported. Ive never written a bad review of a business since I understand how difficult it is to run a business and deal with the public, but I was treated rudely and talked down to like I was an ignorant child. After driving almost an hour from my home to get my vacuum repaired, I was lectured repeatedly on how I had ruined my dyson by putting damp filters back in the machine just before I left my home. Granted this was a mistake, but I didnt appreciate the extended lecture even when
