Our 1-2 bedroom Gulfside and Bayside units offer fully equipped kitchens, modern amenities, and sleeping accommodations for 4-6 guests. Units feature private balconies with water views and premium furnishings. We maintain strict cleanliness standards between stays while offering flexible rental durations.
Gulfside Units
Gulfside units provide direct beach access with stunning sunset views. These units feature private screened balconies, full kitchens, and sleeping arrangements for 4 guests. Parking is available beneath the buildings with stair access to upper floor units.
Bayside Units
Bayside units offer Lemon Bay water views with boat dock access. These accommodations include full kitchens, sleeping arrangements for 6 guests, and direct pool access. Parking is available in front of the buildings with convenient ground-level entry.
Fishing Dock Access
Our Bayside fishing dock provides boat slip rentals and fishing opportunities in Lemon Bay. The facility includes cleaning stations and storage areas. Guests enjoy watching marine life including dolphins and manatees from the dock area.
Pool Access
Our freshwater pool spans both Gulfside and Bayside properties with adjacent sunbathing areas. The pool area maintains strict cleanliness standards and provides lounge chairs with shaded seating options near the water views.

Stayed over Memorial Day weekend 2021. Awesome condo 122 . Parking is hard on the beach side, you have to park under the condo. Large trucks and SUVs will find that parking is very hard. There are no extra parking for 2nd quest parking or none marked. Fishing docks on the inter costal as great shaded in after noon. You are right on the beach if you rent the beach side. Awesome that they have 4 day stays for short weekends. Gas Grills to Bbq on.

Great vacation rental!! Rentals are fully stock with everything you could need. Just steps from the beach and pool. Perfect vacation!!

Great location, and love that theres a pool for when the kids have had too much sun at the beach. Been coming for 20+ years now. New management company is so-so. Places not very clean, dirt, and tons of dust. Disappointed in the cleanliness. Last 3 visits were the same in the last 2 years (not very clean and end up cleaning the unit ourselves when we arrive).
