Western offers degrees and certificates in 7 different industrial areas of study, including automotive, diesel, electrical and instrumentation, industrial maintenance, mining maintenance, natural gas compression, plant operations, and welding, as well as a commercial driver's license (CDL) course.

The goal of Western's Dual and Concurrent program is to provide early access to college classes for prepared high school students. Dual courses are courses taught by college Faculty and concurrent courses are taught right in your high school by approved teachers.
