My name is Erin Becerra. I am a teacher turned corporate executive, turned holistic life coach (ACC), certified Reiki Master and certified yoga instructor. My own struggles with feeling stuck, unworthy and often depressed led me down a path of extensive soul searching. I searched everywhere to be "fixed" - therapists, programs, friends, family - until one day I heard a whisper.
That whisper told me that I wasn't broken at all. I knew in that moment that I was worthy of love, especially self-love, exactly as I was. For the first time in my life, I felt free from negative self-talk, and I felt called to help others on their journeys toward self-love and acceptance.

I can't imagine a better coach. Erin brings a peacefulness and genuiness to her practice. I really didn't know what to expect but she began with a brief exercise in centering and quieting our minds and then just continued from there.
