I’ve had him clean my gutters, power wash my deck and driveway, and clean the moss off of my roof. The detail that he puts into each of these tasks has been amazing. Repeat visit was as great as the first. I no longer fear the Pacific Northwest green on my deck knowing Premier Property Maintenance will scrub and power wash it off. They're very affordable compared to other quotes I received. They're super polite, safe, respectful and careful and did a great job on my gutters and downspouts as well. I'm happily hooked on having a clean deck now that all I have to do is call.

We use Premier Property Maintenance to both clean our windows and pressure wash our driveway and patio at our house. Not only were both the windows and concrete left incredibly clean, but the employee cleaned up nicely after himself as well. I would highly recommend using Premier Property Maintenance ! Jake is great , very professional . He came right out and did a bid on removing the moss off my roof.
