The Cryoskin machine is capable of causing thermal shock due to its ability to alternate rapidly between periods of skin warming and cooling. First the heat is applied for 2 minutes on the treatment area. Heating allows for the fat cells to rise to the surface which are then quickly targeted during the 12 minute cold treatment of each area.

I am a second-generation Armenian-American and a descendant of Zebulon Pike (for whom Pikes Peak in Colorado was named). My Dad is an Armenian, who was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon and moved to Coloado in the 70's. My Mom was born in Des Moines, Iowa and moved to Colorado as a teenager. I have always been proud of my heritage but felt wildly disconnected from my roots.
