An adult wellness eye exam involves a series of tests designed to evaluate your vision and check for eye diseases. Each test evaluates a different aspect of your vision and eye health. Examining your eyes for signs of disease like dry eyes, glaucoma, cataracts, diabetes and macular degeneration.
Preschool Children (3 to 5 years old): Beside nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism, preschool children will be tested for color vision, eye muscle strength, eye coordination, focusing ability, eye allergies and internal eye health.School Age: An eye exam is essential at this age for vision correction, myopia control, reading efficiency, diagnosis of learning disabilities, eye infections, allergies and the internal health of the eyes.
