Services
Enhancing the quality of life of those entrusted in our care is our ultimate goal. In our Rehabilitation program, an individualized plan of care is developed for each patient after a clinical evaluation. Our clinicians coordinate services for the management of acute and chronic diseases including myocardial infarction (heart attack), congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes and cerebral vascular accident (stroke).
For patients covered by Medicare, there are several requirements that must be met in order for them to qualify for home health care. Your doctor must decide that you need medical care at home and make a plan for your care at home. You must need intermittent skilled nursing care, physical therapy, speech-language therapy or continuation of occupational therapy.
Blue Dove seeks the most qualified person to care for its clients. We constantly accept applications for Registered Nurses, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Licensed Practical Nurses, Home Health Aides, Personal Care Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants and Medical Social Workers.
