Summit Chiropractic & Sports Institute
At Summit Chiropractic & Sports Institute, our goal is to help our patients throughout Spokane and the Spokane Valley achieve optimal health through our analyze, mobilize and stabilize phases. Our Mobilization phase focuses on developing range of motion, improving joint mobility, and correcting movement patterns found in our analyses phase.

Dr. Lopez and the Summit Sports Chiropractic staff are able to do this through chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue massage, muscle flossing, and clinical stretching protocols that correspond to your individual needs. Our Stabilization Phase focuses on specific rehabilitation exercises tailored to your body and injury type.

About Us
Report
At Summit Chiropractic & Sports Institute, our goal is to help our patients achieve optimal health through a variety of services and techniques. We believe in treating the body as a whole, incorporating chiropractic, specialized soft tissue techniques, and functional rehabilitation to mobilize and strengthen injuries.
Conditions We Treat
Report
More and more parents are seeking chiropractic care for the benefit of their children. The most effective way to determine if your child or infant needs chiropractic care is to have an evaluation. Knee pain may be the result of several factors including injury, such as a ruptured ligament or torn cartilage.
Chiropractic
Report
Chiropractic Adjustment, or Spinal Manipulation is the process of restoring normal motion to a joint. Often when an injury occurs, certain joints in the spine, pelvis, or extremities may become restricted and no longer follow their normal movements. These manipulations can be applied to the restricted or injured areas in order to restore proper motion, resulting in decreased pain, greater range of motion, and increased healing.
Active Release Technique
Report
At Summit Chiropractic we use Active Release Techniques, also referred to as A.R.T., which focus on the relief of fibrosis adhesions in the muscle, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves through soft tissue release. These adhesions in our tissues can be caused from overload due to repetitive use, which can lead to weakness in the muscle, numbness, aching, or tingling sensations.
